What We Teach:

Wilderness First Responder Certification Cordillera International

WILDERNESS Medicine

Our wilderness medicine courses aim to provide students with the training and skills to effectively manage emergencies in the backcountry from the point of injury to the transfer of care. We offer everything from a 4 hour half day class to a full 80 hour Wilderness First Responder course. There is no substitute for this essential training, especially for wilderness guides, search and rescue teams, and recreational enthusiasts.

Swiftwater Rescue Certification Cordillera International

SWIFTWATER RESCUE

Learn vital rescue skills and techniques for the river environment. We offer an Introduction to Swiftwater Rescue course as well as more advanced courses with certifications provided through the ACA.  We provide solid education on the simplest forms of rescue, emphasizing the fundamentals, but also scale up to much more complex and involved techniques for the times where they may be necessary.  Keep yourself and others safe on the water and sharpen your skills with us!

CPR AED Certification Cordillera International

CPR/AED

Our CPR courses are guaranteed to be more informative and engaging than any class you've taken in the past!  These courses are highly customized to your needs so please reach out to us with any requests! CPR certification provided by American Safety & Health Institute but other certifications can be provided at your request. Come learn this life saving skill!

The courses above are what we teach to most groups, however, we offer many specialized courses as well.  If it's wilderness medicine or swiftwater rescue related and you don't see it here, just ask!
